January-February 2017 www.coalage.com 45 product news continued informs them of everything from flight time to battery life, and even picture-in-picture maps in 720p HD resolution. In the near future, Epson said pilots will also be able to view on-screen data such as recording operations, speed, height and more as part of the Moverio's augmented reality capabilities. www.epson.com/Moverio Mobile HVAC Lines Offer Hydraulic or Electric Solutions Bergstrom, a global supplier of heating, ventilation and air con- ditioning (HVAC) solutions to OEM and aftermarket off-high- way customers, recently unveiled two new products — the BES2600LH and the DBAC-100, 101 and 200. These, according to the company, are OEM-quality, durable and cost-effective solu- tions for mine operators who are looking for hydraulically driv- en or electrified no-idle HVAC solutions for mining vehicles. The BES2600LH is a roof-mounted system containing a heavy-duty hydraulic compressor unit and weighing a little more than 250 lb. It provides capacity of 25,932 BTU per hour (BTU/hr) for cooling and 34,120 BTU/hr for heating. Bergstrom's triple DBAC product lineup comprises an electrified air conditioning system that of- fers a choice of three different evaporators to service any vehicle configuration: a thin, vertical wall- or floor-mounted system; a universal tower-style system; or a horizontal under-the-seat or headliner system. The heart of the three versatile evaporators is a heavy-duty steel case that encapsulates the electric compres- sor, dual-fan powered condenser and receiver drier. The DBAC systems are available in 12-volt ( V ) or 24-V configurations and generate 6,824 BTU/hr and 10,919 BTU/hr, respectively. www.bergstrominc.com Custom Vulcanizing Press ASGCO released the VUL-CON Vulcanizing Press, which provides the temperature and pressure needed to vulcanize a wide array of conveyor belts, the company reported. Made of high-grade aluminum platens and beams to provide maximum tensile and bending strength with minimum weight, the press is reportedly lightweight, durable and versatile, with complete availability of coverage for all splice lengths, fabric ply or steel cord. The press includes flush valves and inset bolts/nuts con- necting the traverse bars. All electrical systems are CE, CSA and UL approved. Exact temperature regulation via the VUL-CON Switchgear Box and even pressure distribution across the splice area ensure vulcanization is uniform and accurate. Standard and custom sizes are available. www.asgco.com The Flight Bar Forgers • AFC & BSL Bars • E- & U-Bolts & Straps • Hardware www.schulte-wiese.com info@schulte-wiese.com Serving the Coal Mining Industry since 1957 Bolts & Nuts Drilling & Machining Heat Treatment Induction Hardening Optional Specifications:
