March 2018 www.coalage.com 45 product news continued return, it was natural to develop a variation that could handle the intense demands of high-speed and high-tonnage operations. We designed the Dual Return for those exact specs and have seen tremendous results in virtually every application," said Vice Pres- ident of New Business Jeff Jurasits. "The urethane version incor- porates rollers that withstand even the most abrasive conditions while continuing to provide excellent grip." Available for 4- to 96-in. belt widths, the Dual Return can ac- commodate conveyor belt speeds that exceed 800 fpm and/or greater than 1,500 PIW. Installation can be performed at the loca- tion of existing idler attachment points and can be configured to both push down or pull up depending on the belt's operation. www.asgco.com Light, Customizable Fan Increases Airflow Horton announced the HM1400 Modular Molded-Blade Fan. En- gineered for a variety of on- and off-highway applications such as haul trucks, compressors and gen-sets, the fan offers the bene fi ts of the HTEC fan family, including increased airflow and ef fi cien- cy, at a reduced weight and size compared to a standard Horton molded blade, the company reported. Crafted from nylon, the mid-range-diameter fan is designed for a variety of applications and is compatible with Horton and competitive fan drives. Additionally, the product can be custom- ized to speci fi c application requirements, including straight and tapered bores, and is available in a variety of blade counts and center-disk diameters. www.hortonww.com Graphic Terminals for Small Applications Allen-Bradley announced the PanelView 5310 family of graphic terminals, which perform similarly to the PanelView 5500 termi- nals but are instead scaled for smaller applications. The terminals are available in 7-in., 9-in., and 12-in. display sizes. A 6-in. display option will be available later this year. The PanelView 5310 family can be used to scale a tightly inte- grated automation system down to smaller application, the com- pany reported. The enhanced integration enables the creation of high-speed jog buttons in place of cumbersome hardwired but- tons. Additionally, the Rockwell Software Studio 5000 design en- vironment allows users to create reusable faceplates, screens and custom graphics to help reduce development time. The terminals offer emulation capabilities that allow engineers to test run pro- jects in the development environment. VNC connectivity allows remote monitoring of operations via a handheld device. www.ab.rockwellautomation.com Telescoping Radial Stacking Conveyor Superior Industries Inc. released the Telestacker Conveyor, a 210-ft road-portable telescoping radial stacking conveyor.
